- If you have completed the divorce proceedings or are dealing with this now we need to know the date you started the divorce process, your case number, the date of your decree nisi and the decree absolute.

Your personal financial details
This information is needed for the completion of form D81 which is required by the court if you are applying for a financial consent order. Please see
what we provide for further background information. You do not need to provide any documents just the figures.
- Your net income from all sources per annum
- Your assets: this includes savings, shares, saving schemes, premium bonds, insurance policies that have a value, and the value of any other property not mentioned above.
- Your pensions: this includes personal and or pensions through work. You will need to provide a value for your pension fund called the transfer value. You should ask your pension provider for this information.
- Liabilities: this includes personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts etc.
Your plans for the future
- On form D81 you have to state where you intend to live once the consent order has been made.
- You are also required to state whether you have remarried, plan to remarry, to cohabit or plan to cohabit.
Practical points
If your agreement includes transferring ownership of a property from one name to another name or from your joint names into one name, if that property is mortgaged you must ask your lender to agree to this. You will have to confirm on form D81 that your lender has agreed to the transfer.
