Information we collect

We collect and store only the data that we require in order to complete your divorce paperwork. This includes information you send to us via various electronic or paper forms, as well as correspondence via email.

Storage of Information

All information we collect and process is stored securely on our electronic systems. This includes business computers, and our business gmail account.

In cases where information is received or stored in paper form, this is kept securely at our business address, and shredded once no longer required (i.e. once information has been copied to electronic storage).

All information is deleted or shredded 7 years after we finish working for you. We need to keep data for this long as a record of the services we have provided to you, and in order to protect ourselves from any legal claims.

Requesting your data

Should you wish to receive a copy of any personal data which we hold on you, please send us an email via our contact page

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, but please allow up to one calendar month for us to gather and send all requested data.

Online Payments

We use Stripe as our online payments provider. When you enter your card details, these are sent directly and securely to Stripe, where they are used to process your payment. ILS does not receive and cannot view your card details, and does not store any record of your card on our own systems.
